Beauty Battle- Kiss My Face EyeWitness Eye Cream vs Olay Professional ProX Eye Restoration
Hey B. Spot!
This is my first edition of Beauty Battle where product junkies try out two products for one month to see which excelled and which failed. Our first Beauty Battle pits a natural eye cream up against a traditional cream- B. spot resident beauty junkie, Bella, did the comparison and this was final verdict. And the winner is…..

Olay Professional ProX Eye Restoration
Why? Initially I liked the Kiss My Face cream because my skin was moisturized and tight. But after a week of using it, I noticed my skin losing the elasticity and the firmness that I had from using the Olay. Even though my skin felt moisturized, it started drooping/sagging. I think Kiss My Face would work really well on someone in her twenties or thirties who are just beginning to maintenance their skin, but for someone pushing forty who sees major changes in their skin, we need something more effective.- Bella G.

Hi- I’m Heather Halpern; I work in product development for Kiss My Face. It was interesting to read your product comparison. While it certainly is true that not every product can be right for every customer, this seems to be a case of comparing apples and oranges. At a cost around 2 1/2 times the price of the KISS product and filled with numerous synthetic petroleum derived silicones, polymers and questionable preservatives including 3 types of parabens, the Olay eye cream is a different kind if product for a different kind of user. Our Eyewitness Eye Cream is filled with organic oils, wildcrafted shea butter and lavender and rosehips to help restore moisture and reduce puffiness and the signs of aging. Designed for the consumer who understands that about 60% of what you put on your skin is absorbed and chooses to use natural face care products that are effective and fairly priced, we get daily raves about this product. Two very different prices, two very different ingredient lists, two very different fans. Please feel free to contact us to let us know what you like about our products and what you think we need to improve. We do love hearing from our customers. Thanks.

Hi Heather,
When consumers are looking for products they are willing to try anything- especially for the eyes. This Beauty Battle was the opinion of a woman who is simply looking for a product to restore her eyes- both products made the same claims so to her, it wasn’t apples and oranges!
