CoverGirl Simply Ageless
As many times as I have seen this product- I’ve never really seen this product! You read the words “Simply Ageless” and you kind of just glance over it really quick because, I mean, its another anti-aging product, you know? Since it won the CEW Beauty Award I had to stop and take a look and guess what? I happen to really like the spin on this one! No I’m not jumping on the bandwagon! I was going through a “if I see another anti-aging product I’m going to _____” phase so I really didn’t pay it much attention. Creating these products day in and day out and seeing the same “innovative” products come through the industry pipeline can give you a jaded view! Anyway—-
You know how I feel about my colleagues over there at P&G- someone came up with the bright idea to add the regenerist serum to a foundation and Simply Ageless is the end result (I’m not being sarcastic either:-)! Everyone and their great grandma knows about the Regenerist Serum, a water-in-silicone emulsion that feels weightless but is moisturizing at the same time. The lightweight silicones flash off leaving behind a silicone polymer that fills in the cracks and crevices- I mean wrinkles for those of you who are sensitive about it. Now what’s genius about this product is that now, instead of the pigments from the foundation falling into the cracks- wrinkles- the silicone polymer seeps down into the valleys allowing the pigments to lay on the surface of the skin! That is so freaking cool! So, I apologize to my PR hookup at Marina Maher for not taking the time to fully review the info that you gave- I let that one slip right by me and will not do it again (and yes it is that serious- my fellow junkies can understand)!
