I normally shy away from using “anti-aging” products because I’m only ?? years old and I didn’t think that it was something that I needed.  I have created some of the most popular products on the market and am a believer in anti-aging products (for others:-).  So why did I start using them now after all of this time?  After burning the midnight oil for too long, my skin is beginning to show signs of fatigue and the lack of luster is unacceptable.  Therefore I am practicing what I have been preaching and guess what- I’m hooked!

The “H” Serum by 3LAB is lightweight and feels great on my skin.  My skin puts oil slicks to shame so the idea of putting creams on my face did not appeal to me, especially since I have to incorporate products to control breakouts (wow, I am being so transparent today).  This serum absorbs quickly and doesn’t make my skin feel greasy or reflect light.  The price tag is a bit high but it’s worth the investment.  If you can’t swing it now then keep it mind for when the economy bounces back!

Science Behind it:  This is serious skincare and is not for those who are nervous with talk of nanosized liposomes or growth hormones.  No this product does not contain real human growth hormones but it does have an ingredient with similar functions to replace what age has taken from us.  It also contains Lumiskin to even out your skintone and give your skin an overall brightness.  Lumiskin decreases melanin production by stabilizing tyrosinase (a key enzyme in responsible for the production of melanin) in an inactive form.  

Moisturization is key for any product aimed at getting your skin back in shape.  “H” serum uses Unisurrection, Aquaxyl, and sodium hyaluronate to turn revert your skin from prune to plum status.  Unisurrection is a blend of plant extracts that helps your skin go into survival mode.  Throughout the day, our skin goes through a lot of stressful situations; unless your skin can adapt quickly to the changing circumstances the amount of wear and tear wil be great.  Unisurrection helps your skin cells maintain order (keeps it’s cool) in these situations reducing the wear and tear. Aquaxyl is a sugar based moisturizer that increases the reserve of water in the upper layer of your skin while the hyaluronate holds water on the surface.

It also reduces fine lines and wrinkles, cures the common cold and makes childbirth a pleasure
